
Sleep is definitely certainly one of my personal favorite activities. The best part about Shea Butter is the fact that is has a property that coconut oil and castor oil don't. While oils are super ideal for moisturizing, they are able to potentially be pore clogging. However, shea butter doesn't clog pores! It's roots are in Africa, and has been employed for millennia to treat rashes, skin irritations, stretchmarks, scars along with other skin disorders. Personally, using the cold winters and harsh winds, I use this butter on my small hands and then leave it overnight. I wake up with silky smooth hands and beautiful cuticles. You can also mix shea butter with coconut oil, then add essential oils, whip it up and voila; your own body butter.
4. Apple Cider Vinegar
This vinegar is not just used for salads! Apple Cider Vinegar is simply bursting with awesome stuff. It can be used like a cold rinse (after you condition hair within the shower) to leave hair super shiny and get eliminate dandruff. You can use it as a toner (diluted with water) since it has incredible exfoliating and anti-inflammatory properties. Acetic acid (the primary ingredient) in Apple Cider Vinegar can also remove buildup from styling products and balance the pH levels of hair. Dilute with water, apply to scalp and then leave on overnight.
5. Tea Tree Oil
Have you noticed how many skin care products feature tea tree oil as an acne fighting remedy? Well there is a reason for that. It has natural antibacterial and antimicrobial properties that helps reduce inflammation. It may penetrate skin oil glands to unclog before disinfecting pores whilst preventing future breakouts by destroying acne causing bacteria. Do you have a pesky zit you want to eliminate by morning? Take a Q-tip and affect the problem area. You'll be amazed at how well it works.
Why just lay on a mattress for eight hours when you are able enhance your hair, skin and nails whilst you sleep! Once you begin a few of these regimes, you'll be shocked you won't ever made it happen before. The face and hands absorb more toxins and chemicals compared to remainder of the body therefore we have to be careful with what we're wearing the skin we have and into the body!
